This is a hotel go-to for Thiruvananthapuram! All the staff members are very courteous and respectful. The venue boasts central location in the middle of jackson. Great to have a rooftop restaurant on the premises.

Early check-in, parking on-site. Magnificent, marvellous location in the middle of jackson. Also - right by Uber taxis, an unrated restaurant, and the city center.

Thank you for providing me with a pleasant stay. Hotel is wonderful, and fairly clean, there's nice pool and the location is favourable in the middle of jackson. The staff are well-trained and outstandingly helpful, answered every question I had. It has a wide range of meals to offer, the food is good!

i did not want to leave there and will be back. everything was awesome during 5 days, loved its good and magnificent location near to uber taxis and an unrated restaurant-delivering what is ordered. the breakfast was great, had good meals.

This hotel was chilled-out base for exploring Thiruvananthapuram, loved it and venue’s affable staff from the bell boy to the Manager. The breakfasts with fish. The room we had included a mini bar, climate control, and flat-screen TV. The location was good and excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from an old royal palace.

The location was favourable and excellent, not too far away from an archaeology museum. Enjoyed staying here, my room was well decorated and had a mini-bar, climate control and a personal safe.

Everything was awesome, including extremely helpful and very amiable staff from the bell boy to the Manager. The breakfast was great, the check in was early. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus.

No clear signage or directions to the hotel which made it difficult to locate for taxis and drivers.

Everything was brand-new, so were exceptionally good views of the very distant ocean and greenery around. The location was marvellous and excellent, for example, Kerala Government Secretariat was relatively near the hotel. Plus, it was close enough to Kerala and an unrated restaurant delivering what is ordered and Uber taxis.

Reception service needs improvement.

The decor and ambiance of the hotel were impressive. The complementary drinks and snacks provided in the room were a nice touch. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

The service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. The staff were unresponsive and slow to respond to requests.
